7.       Special Waste Permit / Certification. (salt cake)

8.       NESHAP compliance test reports for 2003 and 2004 demonstrating compliance with the MACT Standard, including emission tests.

Items 1-3, at leftare required by MACT and the State of Tennessee. Items 4-6 were completed pre-construction in order to assure ourselves, our customers, and the government that our site had no hidden environmental problems or historical issues. Item 7 is required for saltcake disposal. Our saltcake is delivered to. BFI's Church Hill Facility on a daily basis. It is stored indoors in concrete bunkers until it is shipped. BFI has customers such as EASTMAN Chemical in Kingsport. They will provide any information you may require regarding their facility's ability to accept our waste. They will even give you a tour if should require it.
